Plumber was on time and everything was installed in a professional manner

I was told one price by Drew, then when came time to do the work another guy showed up and gave me a bill for almost double. Had I known I would have called around to other plumbers. Not they way to do business! I would never use these guys again because of their bate and switch practices.

Breitenbach R J & Son has been out to our 115-year-old house twice and we've only owned it for two months. Easy to schedule, on time, and Bob is incredibly knowledgable and willing to teach. Well-versed in town requirements as well. We don't plan to use anyone else.

Drew did amazing work for a great price and was there when I needed him. After my boiler began leaking and we found lots of inside rust I was told by a PSE&G rep that i needed a new one...for sure. I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars but Drew was having none of that. He is so honest. After the PSE&G assessment he could have put a new boiler in and made a lot more profit off of me but he didn't. He fixed it up good as new. It's now been a couple of months since he did the work and the boiler is still humming perfectly. Drew came highly recommended to me and I'm very happy to recommend him highly to Angie's List members.

The faucet for the basement wash tubs was old, one handle was missing and it was time for a replacement. Franck came over, did the job, fixed two additional small issues that cropped up over the weekend. He was professional, answered all my questions, was very nice, did a great job and arrived when promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It went really well.  We originally had been sent the wrong part by Waterworks and the plumber called Waterworks himself to return the wrong part and get the new one.  He then replaced it.  He also repaired our steam shower.

What really impressed me was that my shutoff valve is very difficult to access and he was very cheerful and friendly
about getting to it.

They were terrific. They were here on time, they did the job, there was never a problem and it went great.

They were great in both cases. They were prompt & the work was thorough and very neat. This was one of the best contractor experiences over all in my memory.

They tried to assess my needs over the phone because a weekend call
would have been expensive and they tried to determine if it was an
emergency. He gave me instructions on turning off the water source and
called back to see how things were going. Then he told me to turn the
water back on to see what would happen. In the end, it was not an
emergency and he never needed to make the call, but he was so responsive
and professional that it warrants a review anyway. I was so impressed
with his patience and the clarity with which he communicated. I would
definitely call again for plumping services. If their attentiveness is
an indication of the quality of their service, I am confident their
prices will be reasonable too.

There was much back and forth with the manufacturer  because I thought I should get a new faucet because it was under a 10 year guarantee.  I called the plumber and he came the same day I called.  He was able to identify the tiny part that needed to be replaced and did so without much fuss.  He was very friendly and professional.  I felt comfortable with him working in my home.
