Prompt service that met all expectations

Response was immediate. Brian the owner visited sight personally. no appointments were missed, job started on time. Job had un for seen issues, Brian and his company stayed with problem with no breaks to get us up and running despite some very inclement weather. Brian very experienced.

I found Bryan through Angieâ s Home Advisor website. He had excellent reviews, and he texted me back immediately after I filed my request for proposal online. Throughout the two weeks, Brian was by far the most responsive of all the contractors â answering my questions in a reasonable time frame, giving me a very fair estimate (4.5 K â slightly above the lowest estimate from the insurance companies contractor, but well below the other 2 estimates), and being very honest, open and accommodating with my requests and concerns. He obtained all permits ahead of time, and communicated with me multiple times through phone, text and e-mail. In addition, his receptionist Regina was also very pleasant and responsive. On the day of the actual job repair, Byran and his co-worker Michael showed up at 8 am â right on time. By 8 pm the pipe was fully connected to the street, and the final connections were completed inside the house by Mike. By 9 pm we had water back to the house! Backfill and cleanup took another hour. These two guys worked 14 hours straight without a break in 25 degree weather to get us a new water main. I was extremely impressed with their devotion, resourcefulness and dedication. The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate â no extra charge for the loss of a days work on Friday or all the extra work they did getting the new pipe in. They returned as promised two days later to finish sealing up all the foundation and cleaning up the sidewalk, and are going to come back one more time in 2 weeks to re-level the sidewalk. Overall, I am extremely impressed with Bryan and his team. I would recommend him completely for any plumbing job or water line repair. He is honest, hardworking, communicative and conscientious. His takes true pride in a job done well!

Bryan was quick to call me after my request on homeadvisor, he came to the property within 2 days on time, surveyed the water line. Once we agreed on price and the trenchless water line replacement, he took care of everything from getting a permit with the town to start the work, replacing the water line, working with Suez for shutting off the water and getting the sign off on the job from the inspector once it was completed. Great value and great customer service.

We hired Patriot Mechanical Contracting (PMC) for trenchless water line replacement. PMC took care of all paper work (town permit) and coordinated very well with Suez, the water company. They were punctual, responsive, professional, and fair pricing. We especially appreciate their dedication and professionalism when an unexpected issue with Suez water line appeared and they stayed late to ensure they could still connect us to the main line for running water for the night. We highly recommended PMC!

Fast, low cost, knowledgeable and caring. They made sure my line was as clear as it could be until they could do the job. They were the first to respond, the most knowledgeable and the lowest cost. The price was the price and I liked that. They did a good job.

I needed to add an external clean out to the sewer line. Bryan was super easy to work with and was communicative throughout the project. His pricing was also super reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They came out to my house, didn't finish the job, because they said I needed parts, and then never called me back or returned 7 phone calls and 5 texts from me over three days. They were referred to me thru my home insurance who handled the claim and Patriot hasn't called the insurance people back either, so my hope is they will drop them from their vendor list. Oh yeah and try and call their office phone... NO ONE ever answers it. I have been calling it for 4 days in a row... in the morning and at night... no answer, you get the voicemail and right... you guessed it... no one calls you back. Plumbers are a dime a dozen... go elsewhere.

I was extremely pleased with their service. They were able to locate the parts and came the next day. The young man was helpful professional and very personable. The office also were thoughtful and helpful in letting me know what was happening. I would definitely use them again.

They were very late getting here. Appointment was at 1 and they didn't get here until 5. They were average. They were polite. Job performance was good.

They arrived at the time stated and did extra work and time to get my drain cleared without any additional charge.

PMC did a great job replacing a corroding old sewer pipe in my finished basement with a new PVC pipe. It was a big job and I was grateful that it was well done. Three days later I realized that the carpeting was sopping wet and discovered that, while the plumbers were replacing the pipe, they accidentally cut the tubing that goes from my water softener to my sump pump. It was spurting water onto the basement floor. When I called Bryan, he came over immediately and repaired the cut tubing. Good! But when I asked him to repay me for all or part of the cost ($1,140) of removing the rug and spraying for mold and mildew (whatever he thought would be fair), he disappeared. Although I sent him a letter on 7/24/17 and an Email reminder on 8/31/17, I haven't gotten any response. Good plumber; bad businessman.

Patriot mechanical did an excellent job repairing my sewer line, despite the winter weather and unexpected circumstance, Brian was able to get the job done.

They came as promised. Resolved a problem others were unable to. I wish I hired them initially would have saved me money! They were a great group to work with, especially Bryan who was very pleasant and knowledgable. I am planning on using Patriot for another project and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
