"Sorry, but no refund is appropriate. The client received two proper lawn applications and one free service call follow up. If he had continued his lawn would be much improved by this time. His account went into collections after she stated he would not pay his credit was effected when he refused to pay the collection agency. He only paid when he was selling his house and found the derogatory credit report. By this time it was too late to undo. The client was nasty to our office staff and would not listen to our recommendations and advise. He was dissatisfied because he did not see a large improvement in his lawn in a unrealistic period of time. It takes a full year to eliminate weed problems and reestablish lawn. The client received two services out of seven for 2011 service year, and he only paid for one. We did perform one free service call on 7/27/2011, but stopped further service due to lack of payment."
