Squealing noise has stopped. Power steering fluid was old and had thickened. Replacing the fluid and cleaning the filter resolved the issue.

They worked with my aftermarket warranty company to receive payment. Everything went smoothly.

They told me what was wrong and gave me a price on the repairs that was very reasonable. They dropped me off at my residence after I drove my car over. Everything was excellent and they were very honest. I could tell because I asked him if my car was worth fixing and he said yes, and it was a reasonable amount. They are a small garage and there is a sense of trust. They gave outstanding service.

The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful and easy to talk to. They just did not have the equipment to do the job.

The owners are Bruce and Katie Vatter. Motorworks is outstanding. They are down-home people. They came up on a internet search I did for authorized repair and certification for emissions testing for my old Volvos. They did a good job on that. A year later my catalytic converter failed again. I took it back and they looked it up and told me it was guaranteed and they replaced it for free. Since then we have let Motorworks manage the repairs. My 17 year old daughter has the car now and she takes it there on her own and she speaks with them. They are very receptive and easy to deal with. They have been a good vendor for us. Our last visit we expected $1000 for repairs on the car and it ended up just needing an oil change. Bruce is a volunteer firefighter in the community. They are sweet people. Their price is a really good value.
