My experience was great. Upon applying for quotes online, received a phone call within several minutes and reviewed my situation. While I spoke with several providers, and terms were similar, REMN has a local office, and also promised quick turnaround time. With the other firms quoting six to eight weeks from app to close, they promised fewer than 30 days, and delivered easily.
Everything was clearly explained and the process was more or less right as described, which was quick and easy apart from the initial documentation, which is a bit of work anywhere.
I worked with David Leslie in the Farmer's Branch office, and it was nice to drop in and hand off some papers and say hello, although the internet/email part worked just fine as well.
Another firm had told me 1) I wouldn't get the quoted rate 2) wouldn't close on schedule and 3) would pay more than the original estimate of closing costs. In all cases, REMN did as promised.
