We had flickering lights in my master bedroom and bath, we also had a fan that hasn't worked in 10 years, I have had other electricians in the past, and no one could fix the fan. Adam the Head Electrician came out and diagnosed our problems very quickly. He ended up tightening something in our electric box and looked at our Fan. It turns out, the fan had a switch on it and it wasn't turned on....LOL! We have had electricians in the past and No One could figure it out. Adam was polite, knowledgeable, and very honest. We will be using Pezz Electric again and will be requesting Adam.

They were quick to come out and give the estimate and scheduled the job for the following week. They arrived on time 8 am and finished up by 3 pm. We are happy for the work done.

Everyone in this business is top-notch. They are extremely professional, efficient and kind. I believe they actually really care about their customers. They came to install a chandelier and noted that we had a nonfunctional smoke detector, which they then replaced promptly at a reasonable price. The quality of work is outstanding, and they charge very fair prices. We will definitely be using them for future electrical work.

This was the 2nd time I was being services by Pezz Electric and Frank to be specific. Had used Pezz for fixing a few electrical issues and mounting TV on the wall over the fireplace earlier. Frank had done an extraordinary job on that and I had decided to use Pezz for all my electrical needs going forward. The service is prompt, accurate quote provided before the start of the service, good clean work and the best part if the alternatives provided before the work is actually done. Frank is a great guy to work with. He has immense knowledge of what he does and ensures that he completes his work professionally and to your satisfaction.

I initially contacted Vincent (the owner) and he came and inspected and measured the siting location (viz., trees and shrubs that I didn't want disturbed) and everything else related to the installation (my house's multiple heavy loads, breaker panel, gas lines, etc.). He recommended what I needed, and we also discussed my criteria (e.g., what I wanted to run during a prolonged outage, which was basically everything!). Then I met with him at his place of business and he showed and explained to me the unit he thought best (I needed one with more heat protection or insulation, given the closely surroundings (trees, house wall, shrubs, etc.): Kohler RESB20, automatic transfer switch, load-shedder, and whole-house surge protector. I agreed to a contract and payment schedule (as work progressed). Installation took several days: day 1, delivery of the generator, including preparing the mounting pad; and the electrical rewiring (all new breaker box -- my old one had no more positions available), and the transfer and load-shedder's boxes). day 2, gas line and electrical connections to the generator and load-shedding control of A/C, electrical garage heater, etc.. Day 3, final hookup (after town's gas inspector's approval) and test run, and instructions to me. The only things left were scheduling inspections by town's electrical and fire inspections -- all inspectors expressed how well the job was done; and the installation of a new, higher capacity gas meter. Final price were exactly as contracted -- no "overruns", etc. Best of all, it was a pleasure having the guys working on the unit -- they were all exceptionally neat and friendly and they were more than willing to explain and answer all of my questions as I watched them work -- I learned a lot. I would certainly use them again for any future work. They deserve top marks in every category!

Husband called Pezz advised that there would be a Service Fee to come to the house for an estimate of approx. $75.00.. As we questioned the Svc fee the answering Svc. said they would inquire with the owner. Who later in the day said he was not interested in the job. The job was to remove old existing attic fan and to replace it.

They're wonderful. They're reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. They came in and came out with an inspector from the town and the whole was done very smoothly.

They were very patient with all of my questions, and spent a lot of time checking various outlets throughout the house. They provided me with multiple options regarding my electrical panels, and I am expecting a to receive a quote from them soon.

The total cost of replacing one fire alarm was way too high. I will do it myself next time - wanted to be sure.. Having said that, very punctual, professional and did exactly what I wanted.

The electrician was very pleasant and full of information and suggestions. I have not yet determined if I will proceed with the $1800 job; however, I am considering.

.Pezz services our generator on an annual basis. They have done a great job both in regular service and in taking care of any problems. They are both responsive and responsible. Based on their generator work I highly recommend them for all electrical installations and repairs.

Project went perfectly. From start to finish, they made sure we understood what they were doing and how long it would take. They worked as scheduled and completed everything promptly - with no delays or issues. We have been very happy with their work and have signed up for ongoing maintenance.

Even they will tell you they are not the cheapest, but they are professional, did the job quickly and efficiently. Since this seemed like a very important job, with potentially serious consequences if it was not done right, I didn't want to take a chance, so chose Pezz based on several recommendations. Was not disappointed.

They did a great job diagnosing the problem and installing a new box. However Pezz is very expensive.

Estimates were detailed and a fee of $61 was charged for coming out. Arrangements to install fan went well and work was done well.

I didn't know why an outlet in my kitchen stopped working but it did and suddenly. The gentleman from Pezz showed up and immediately explained that Pezz works on upfront price list that tells you what you will pay for the work they do before they do it. Its sort of like picking from an old style chinese restaurant menu. Anyway, he found the problem (which was that the circut for the outlet was improperly bundled with my dishwasher, fixed it and then told me that depending on the package I chose he would be able to do other work for me. Overall a good experience and very very low stress with zero pressure.

Like the half dozen other times I've used Pezz Electric in the last 10 years, I was completely satisfied with the entire experience. The company immediately responded to my call even though they were extremely busy during the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful in laying out options for the work to be done. The company kept me updated on when the work would be scheduled. The day the work was performed, the electrician arrived on time, was extremely neat, and was courteous and communicative.

They are extremely responsive. I needed a reliable electrician right away. I had a sensor that was going off in my home that I could not figure out. They were very professional, neat and the service technician who came out gave me some recommendations about other items that would be good for our home. He was not pushy about it but was actually quite informative. Would use them again.

They charged $250 for a half-hour of diagnosis ( $500 an hour!). They recommended a new panel and found issues with the new panel I've already purchased to eventually replace my current panel (Shocking!). I will never call them again.

Our inspector had uncovered major electrical issues that the seller had neglected to fix. We got the seller to hire an electrician to fix the problems and then brought in Pezz Electric to evaluate the work that was done. David arrived on time and proved very professional and knowledgeable. He found two code violations that were not addressed by the seller's electrician. The seller's electricians, King George Electric refused to come to fix their own oversights and told the seller to let the house fail inspection and then we will come back. With the town inspector coming that day and closing scheduled 3 days later, David was able to fix the major issues on the spot. We will definitely have him return to address the minor electrical issues still outstanding.

They were great and did a wonderful job going to the township and getting all the permits and everything. They worked with them with the drawings and specs. The team that came over to do installation did it within two days. The guys were very attentive to their work and detail. They made sure they put mats down in their workspace so they wouldn't get the floors dirty. They were very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience with them. We had looked at them versus another company and these guys were very, very well priced with similar product in terms of light switches and everything. They were very good in price. The quality was excellent. They were very responsive. The owner even called us when the township wasn't moving on the permits. They came on time and were very professional. We would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
