MTP replaced my exterior sewer pipe after it was found to be in terrible condition. Mark did a great job getting it done. I didn't have the funds needed for this unexpected job and another person came over to work out a loan for me with GreenSky. I wound up on the wrong type of loan and didn't realize it until I got a letter saying my payments were about to change and interest charges would be incurred. I have called 4x and the person who I did the loan with hasn't called me back. He had the (genuinely lovely) person who handles the phone calls ring me back to say I to speak to the loan people, but the loan folks say it is an issue on the end of MTP. If he had simply called me back and even spoken to me after 3 weeks of calling, I wouldn't be writing this.

PSEG Home Warranty service tried to fix two high efficency water heaters I was having problems with. They replaced the pressure relief vales (leaking water) and circuit boards (fried). PSEG noted that my Pressure Tank between the two water heaters was damaged, causing some of the problems with water being released from the pressure relief valve on each water heater. They dont do plumbing repairs and suggested I call a plumber.
My home warranty company called MTP. They came the next morning and replaced the pressure relief tank. I had to leave for work, so I paid the technician the 404.46 and asked him to let himself out of the basement door when he was done. The technician did a great job as its the first time we have been able to have really hot water without it dripping out of the pressure relive valves on each water heater. We have high water pressure and a pressure reducing valve where the water comes into the home. We have pressure problems between the water heaters because they are diary chained. Anyway, this is the first time everything is working correctly since we bought the house 3 years ago.

They were willing to go into the crawlspace to check the well, which I appreciated, as not every company will go down there. They isolated the problem, and are coming out to fix it next week. They are prompt, courteous, and informative. I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a blocked main sewer line in the house and the main floor toilet was overflowing. MTP came out 1st appointment the next morning and put their large mechanical snake through the main line in the house. They cleared the line and re-sat the toilet after taking it off to run the powered snake thought the main line.
All seemed well until 24 hours later the same issue arose. To their credit, MTP came out a second time and ran the machine again to clear the blockage. Their was no charge on the second call.
I'm not one to penny pinch as good service costs good money, but I did think they were a tad pricey. As I said, to their credit they came out after the initial job and re-cleared it without charge. I thought quite professional on their part.

Pablo arrived at our home on time and performed an inspection of the water damaged area and found out that the condensate piping from our furnace had burst due to the line not being properly pitch. He had to replace 30 feet of piping and ensured that the line was pitch properly.

This happened on a Saturday and there was a surcharge for the weekend repair. They started at 5 pm and did not finish till after 9 pm. The individual whom performed the work was excellent and very professional.

They were fine. My only complaint is that they didn't wear protective booties on their shoes. I personally feel it’s a little more professional to go the extra step to ensure they aren't tracking anything into customers' homes. I would still use them again.

I have a situation where I have a new home (2 years old) and the original HVAC contractor is not serving the area any more. The unit still has the original manufacturers warranty.
I searched on the web for the manufacturer of the HVAC unit and MTP was listed as official repair service. So I called MTP and scheduled a service. The technician came and without looking at the unit started to came up with theories about it being wrongly installed and that the whole system had to be replaced. Tried to sell me a $5,000 replacement. After arguing with him, he did some diagnostics and still would not do anything about it but try to sell me a new unit. needless to say I was outraged.
After calling the manufacturer and fighting a bit with the builder, another company came and did a proper diagnosis and indeed the compressor unit was defective so the replace the compressor and the A/C has been working fine.
Now if I were to follow MTP's advice I would have spent a lot of money unnecessarily. So be very cautious with this company.

They never even sent me an estimate! I called several times and was promised Mike was putting it on top of his priority list- I knew they were pricey but their reputation here is so good I decided to bite the bullet. I couldn't get them to follow up - do any of the work- or even respond to my calls!

Our ejector system had failed, and we asked MTP Plumbing for an estimate. Unfortunately, they charged us $160 for coming out and preparing the quote. On the other hand, they were very kind and spent quite some time and effort in searching for a new grinder pump and preparing the estimate. Nevertheless, since their quote for the installation came in high, we decided to accept a quote from a competitor who was very knowledgeable and offered us to install a higher-quality pump for $1000 less than MTP Plumbing.

They are professional but price-wise, they are a little on the higher side. They are very responsive and each time I have called them, they have sent a person out very quickly, so I like that. The person that answers the phone is very friendly and she sends us the technicians almost right away. I would recommend them except for their price. They are replacing some faucets and working on the sink and shower right now, and they have not finished the job yet because the parts are not available but they are in touch with us.

A/C unit was not chilling air effectively, Frost on inside Air Handler. Technician correctly diagnosed problem and added several lbs of freon to the unit. A/C working perfectly since then.

We're still in the midst of using MTP Plumbing & Heating but so far I think they're very good at what they do. The price is a little bit more higher than what I thought it would be but then again we found some things in the process that were unexpected. Other than that I think it's a fair price. I will definitely use them again, there are other works that needs to get done within 6-8 months.

First of all work performed was not as indicated as quote. First technician did not do a good job and the company did although send out a second technician after the job was done but had to wait four days. The first tech left wires hanging and pipes exposed to elements. The second technician cleaned up the first technicians work. First tech was very messy with the job and actually left his own personal debris in my yard and left my front door wide open . The techs did not replace what they removed such as installation and had to have the second tech do so. There were many problems and after contacting the company about not removing the existing lines (which I understood to be done since the quote stated "replace") I was told this would be an additional charge along with covering the lines with protection this all of a sudden was an additional charge. I had a tech come out last year for the same problem and wasted $700 on this service call told this to owner to no avail. I would not use this company again.
