The job was not an easy one and a bit tricky, They knocked it out of the park! I have a few more projects to do and a major one once those are done. I will be calling them back. Its not easy to find skilled professionals. If the job is not done right the first time it will end up costing you twice as much to fix so im sticking with these guy from now on. We have a problem in the kitchen sunroom area where some wet spotting on the wall started around earlier this year. I was looking for a handyman in our area, by the great reviews I decided to give a shot and hire Jack. He came over to look at it and gave an estimate, said will need to open a part of the roof to make sure nothing is leaking there so it'll be approximately $400-550. Well I don't know much about prices of such services. I told my boyfriend and he was very surprised by the price, however he thought if he's opening the roof then it's probably the truth. Well, Jack came over the very next day spend maybe 1 hour (originally he said couple of hours), he didn't open the roof he just sprayed around the skyline and said it'll cost $475. He really took advantage of me, unexperienced young woman. Said he just sprayed around the skyline and decided not to open the roof yet because he now thought this might resolve the problem and still charged the price. Even my heart ache for the charge I still gave him the check. Told my boyfriend about his job and he was furious how could he charge that much for the spray. They spoke on the phone and after they came to agreement that Jack will return the check for $400 to which Jack has agreed. I texted him to confirm and he promised it'll be there in two days, then by Friday then by next week. We still don't have the check back and he is not replying to my messages. Again, my experience with Jack was horrible, he maybe a nice person but he is also a type of person who doesn't do what he said he would. In our case it is the job type itself: 1-promised one and did something other that was more convenient for him. And 2- he said he would pay back and is now not responding to us. I really thought I'll do more business with him but after such experience I will not and DO NOT recommend hiring him.

This man went above and beyond. He figured out that the door lock was the problem and sent me it for a new lock and installed that to save me the bill from the locksmith! He was kind, professional and proficient. I would highly recommend him t anyone who needs help around the house.

The man knows his business.
He had me take pictures of the pipes and text them so that he could visualize what needed to be done and bought the needed materials prior to coming over.
Jack works efficiently and is detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend him to others.

That was very good. They were very professional. They were timely in responding to emails, etc.

The job went very well. Took several visits in order for glue and adhesive to dry. Floor looks great. Should last for years.
