Lou was very helpful in selecting the right carpet, was prompt and accurate in measurements and provided at a reasonable cost. His installers were timely, professional and cleaned up when done.

Lou, the store owner was really helpful in picking carpet. He has a great selection of carpets and is very competitive and fair with pricing. His crew that laid the carpet did a great job and were very professional!

The owner Lew is very helpful and friendly. He provided hardwood samples to bring home in a variety of colors. Once we decided upon a board width, material and color, he gave us a reasonable estimate. The wood was delivered in about 48 hours and was installed a couple of days later so it was extremely fast. He responded quickly and courteously to all calls, and wanted to make sure the customer was 100% satisfied. Very honest person. We will use them again for either carpet or flooring. We found it much more personal and efficient to work with a small local business person. Also prior to engaging them I called 3 local references who gave me glowing reviews of his company's work - a couple of them even invited me to come to their houses to see the floors. Easy to do business with.
