They did a good job. I would recommend them to anybody. They were very good. I had had two different people come here and no one could find what I was talking about. He came out and found the problem and fixed it.

I walked into my basement late on a Friday afternoon to find a couple of inches of water.  It was awful and I wasn't sure of the source of the water.  I contacted a couple of service providers (from Angie's List) who acted like I was burdening them with my request for help on a Friday evening.  When I reached out to Kai, he offered to come by to confirm that the water heater was the cause of the water, but informed me that he would be unable to obtain a replacement water heater until the following morning.  Kai arrived that evening, confirmed that the water heater, which was still under warranty, was in fact broken.  I was impressed that he was willing to stop by solely to confirm the source of the water eventhough he would be unable to get the work started until the following day.   The following morning he and I made several calls to the manufacturer and local carriers of the water heater to confirm coverage under the warranty and availability.  I believe that it was the first time Kai had come across a broken water heater that was still under warranty.  He drove a fair distance to get my hard to find water heater from a store that agreed to not charge for the water heater pending confirmation of the warranty.  As an aside, Kai too had offered to not charge me for the cost of the water heater while the warranty was confirmed.  He is an absolute gentleman and extremely professional.  Kai is fabulous.

The tenants in my condo were having an issue with a badly leaking bathroom faucet. I tried to schedule a repair with my regular plumber, but he was unavailable due to his summer vacation. Angie's List to the rescue! While I called a few different plumbers on the list (who either never returned my call or were downright curt on the phone), Kai from KUZ Plumbing was a pleasure. After speaking on the phone, he was able to determine the most likely cause of the problem and was able to come out the next day to make the repairs (a Saturday at that!). While Kai was about an hour late (due to truck issues) to the appointment, he was so friendly and did excellent work. What I appreciated most was, since Kai was able to accurately assess the most likely cause of the plumbing problem (faucet needed replacing), I was able to purchase a replacement and have it ready for Kai to install. This saved time, money (by not having to schedule two separate appointments), and I was so grateful (as were my tenants) to have the situation resolved.
I was very pleased with Kai's work and will definitely consider calling him for future repairs.

Great work. We were on a tight deadline with several contractors in one kitchen and he stayed overtime in order to finish the job so we'd have a working kitchen on time!

It went smashiingly well! :-) The unwanted and quot;water featureand quot; in our kitchen, a leak from the tub upstairs through the ceiling light fixture in the kitchen below, went away with the skillful repair done by Kai. The spray mechanism was replaced in the kitchen sink, which fixed that leak. We are dry now, and very happy with the work done by Kai. He is a terrific plumber - told us about the possible problems with and solutions for the tub area leak might be prior to the repair, and he gave us options under various scenarios. Fortunately, the trouble wasn't as bad as it could have been. We plan to have Kai return to replace and repair some other plumbing problems/older fixtures. Great work - we give Kai a very high recommendation!

Kuz's Plumbing provided high quality work for the plumbing work associated with remolding a kitchen. His price was reasonable when compared to other plumbers. The responsiveness and quality of work was very good.

I was having my countertops replaced and didn't plan for a plumber to complete the sink installation. When I learned about the problem (only 4 days before installation), I called Kai. He returned my call within an hour, and came the next day to give me an estimate. He came the day after my countertops were installed and completed the installation promptly and professionally. (I think he might also have adjusted a toilet while he was here...it's no longer making the same noise it was...and I didn't even ask him to look at it). I highly recommend KAZ plumbing to anyone in the area and will definitely call him again in the future!

I located KUZ on Angie's List and immediately reached out to them. Kai was great in answering my call right away. We scheduled the service day and time. Kai arrived promptly. I had someone waiting at the house for his arrival while I attended a meeting. He waiting 20 minutes until someone came to the door....my apologies. Kai was very patient and professional. He performed the service within an hour and his service charge was not bad at all.
When I returned from my meeting, Kai had already left, but I called to thank him. I was so pleased with his worked that I asked if he could be my Plumbing and Heating Service on record. I'm renting my townhome and moving to another state and will know that things will be handled promptly when I'm not there by KUZ.

Kai did an excellent job with all of my plumbing needs at a very reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and does the job right the first time. Also very professional, prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Our first contractor left our plumbing a disaster. Kai fixed all of the mess and then some. Please do call him for any plumbing work. Also he was very prompt in the work he did. Please Please give him a call, I swear you wont be sorry.
