Vinyl siding replaced. KEPO's crew was very professional, courteous and most importantly they were true "Craftsmen" with quality and customer satisfaction as their main concerns. KEPO exceeded all of our expectations; we couldn't be happier with the results. 5 stars doesn't seem enough, I would highly recommend using KEPO for any renovation.

Overall a good experience. after the initial consultation and cost and scope was fixed they ordered the windows custom made and after a month cane to replace them as scheduled. we replaced 11 windows and 1 sliding door and was offered a storm door as bonus. they finished the job over 2 different weekends. they were quick and professional. the new windows were very good quality double pane with very good sound and thermal insulation. they offer lifetime warranty for the window and will cover any breakage of panes or leaks. the price was the cheapest i got of all the quotes but work was of acceptable quality and i can recommend them without any reservations.

We absolutely love our replacement Windows. Our entire home looks updated and uplifted. It feels fresh and opened up. The guys from Kepo Windows and Siding were friendly,efficient and always asked for our input on each room before starting . We had all windows replaced and 2 speciality windows added also. They did a magnificent job on the livingroom bay window also. We highly recommended them and are very satisfied with the work and the cost.

We ordered three large custom sized trapezoidal windows from a window company (not Kepo). After about 4 months of waiting for the windows, they sent out an installer. I basically had to "kick" him and his crew out of our home because he was so rude and unprofessional. He did not want to be there on a Saturday, as if that was our fault. But that's a different company's review. This review is about Kepo Siding & Windows. After kicking out the installer I had 3 windows that needed to be installed. The window company I ordered them from was unable to secure another installer as apparently they contract the work out to non-employees. So after some internet searches I came across Kepo Siding & Windows. I called them expecting to be told that they would not install windows that someone else measured and provided. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they come right out to inspect the windows, they provided an unbelievably reasonable estimate and quickly installed them as promised. They sent over a couple of gentleman that were just that, gentleman. I've never met such a kind, respectful, caring, and professional crew in regards to the treatment of our home and us. They were meticulous. I've hired many contractors and these days you'd be lucky to see one use a level. The window installation was complete and absolutely perfect. I immediately hired them again to purchase and install a 30 foot glass railing in our loft overlooking our living room. Another meticulously completed job. This involved more than a railing. We had large, old, 8 inch support beams that were going to look out of place with the new modern glass railing. They designed a solution to wrap them with wood that we pre-painted black. It was nice to come across a contractor that could not only purchase materials and install them, but also provide design solutions and suggestions. We didn't stop there. We had two very large picture windows that needed replacing. This time we purchased the windows through Kepo. Two weeks (not 4 months) later our windows were onsite and installed. Consistent to their style, a very precisely measured and installed project. It was perfect! We thought our projects were over at that point. During a very bad wind and rain storm some siding wrapping was peeled from our home exposing the underside material. This was at the peak point of our home about 30 feet high. I had no idea who to call as the folks that installed our siding were unresponsive. During the storm Kepo answered their phone and came out immediately and completed the job in an hour, or so, protecting our home from any rain damage. We can't say enough about this company! Very fair prices and professional employees who are courteous, on time, and leave a clean job site. We plan on hiring them again for some roof work and have them correct a failed deck installation by a prior contractor. Do yourself a favor and reach out to these guys. Ron was very informative when we were first looking for a company. No pressure and Ron was very willing to give us pricing on a number of different siding options, even on one product Kepo normally did not work with. Very happy with the work performed (siding, picture window and front door). Pricing was competitive and the site crew was very professional and took the care to make sure everything was right. Excluding the days it snowed or rained the same crew was on site every day, even into the darkness of mid December early evenings. They worked the last day, in the snow, to finish the job before Christmas. Had some delays completing the gutter work, but for the most part it was due to weather or snow on the roof. Dave in the office was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. I would definitely recommend Kepo

I had Kepo install 4 basement windows and they did an excellent job. They took their time to properly measure the custom windows, and everything came out great and at a fair price. The crew was considerate and incredibly hard-working, and even after working late into the night, took the time to inspect the job with me and clean up properly. They even followed up days later to be sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend them for any of your window installation needs...and I'll keep them in mind if I need siding work in the future.

Changing out windows in the entire house is no easy task. The guys at Kepo kept the job moving forward and dealt with a few issues that arose along the way. Certainly not an inexpensive job but the end result is fantastic.

They were right on spot with everything, the estimate, timing of the start of the job and finishing of the job.

siding installation It is too soon to tell quality of work. It looks good but quality and value will be determined over time. It was a very big and messy job. Two installers only one spoke English. Arrival and departure times very flexible.
