Hillsborough Vacuum did an excellent job on both the tile cleaning and grout sealing and carpet. Tile is an off-white color with the same color grout and is 23 years old. While the grout did not turn back completely to its original color, it is much cleaner and evenly colored. I have never had it professionally cleaned before. They also cleaned all of the wall to wall carpeting in the house.  They were very thorough, worked quickly, and were willing to move most furniture and also clean the carpet under the beds. The carpets came out very clean and they dried within hours.  I have paid more for this service in the past with other carpet cleaners who left the rugs too wet which is bad for the rugs and very annoying to deal with.  I highly recommend Hillsborough Vacuum for these services and will use them again in the future.  Also I had priced grout cleaning in one of the baths (walls and floors). After doing the floor they said that they did not think the walls were worth doing because the grout lines were thin and they weren't really getting the color to change on the floor (this was white tile 23 years old with white grout that had yellowed).  We agreed not to do the walls and they also did not charge for the floor even though they had done it already.  I thought this was very honest and professional of them.
