DONOVAN LAWNCARE INC

It was very good. They were efficient, and did a very good job.

He called me within 15 minutes of submitting the request and has been good to work with so far. There is one small piece of work that still needs to be done and he will out shortly for that.

His workers pruned everything so severely that most did not recover. They  did not cut top of hedge.
when questioned about work Mr. Donovan  became irate. unfortunately,  as of this date several shrubs and trees that were "trimmed" have not responded. They died.

The initial clean up was done well but that was it.  The lawn was cut with patches of grass missed, edging was uneven and too short. Very poor quality and not professional.  I called the owner and he came out and talked.  I explained in detail the problem.  Bruce, the owner, promised that the next time his crew came out, he would be their to supervise.  Well that didn't happen and the job was worst than ever.  When I called Bruce to ask where he was, he made an excuse that he was busy (that shows we were not big enough to be important).  I explained that the lawn crew did a terrible job.  Bruce than said, "I think you better get the lawn service you had last year.  I asked about the invoice that was a lot over the estimate he gave and he said that he won't charge for the cuttings since the first invoice was already issued and paid .  I agreed with that.  Well several week later, I received an invoice for those cuttings and when I called him he said he forgot to call his invoicing service and just disregard it.  I said that was my intent.
I contacted Bruce Donovan for lawn service because he was recommended and I was told that his services were outstanding.  I guess because I am the little guy with an average lawn area, he didn't want my business and was treated with disregard. 
My lawn service now cost less and is doing 10 times better than the Donavan LawnCare. I would never us DONAVAN LAWNCARE again, and would not if they were the last lawn service left in the country.  I guess, don't be the little guy because lawn service is for the large accounts as far as Bruce Donovan is concerned.
