While they were professional and prompt, I find that the pricing structure while it may work for some, is just not sensible in others. Such as my case, where the outlet in the garage that was linked to basement just needed to a reset button clicked on, defaulting me to their base charge of I think about 220. I think a bit steep for about 15 min of work. I would have expected a lesser charge for something that turned out to be this small, i've had similar experiences with other contractors that results only in their favor when they are fair in price, the receive 10fold in referrals and continued work.

The repairmen arrived on schedule and promptly and professionally completed the repair which, in this case, amounted to replacing a defective power outlet. They had the necessary replacement part in their truck so no additional appointments were necessary.

Kyle was on time. He came to replace the timer for my garage door light. I asked him to replace the button for my doorbell as the one that came with the house was cracked. He happened to have one on the truck and was able to do it for me. It turned out that I could not work the timer and he ordered a different one for me, which was installed at no extra charge. Fantastic!

Destiny Electric was phenomenal! I was at my wits ends with electricians as I'd had two electricians previously who either would miss our scheduled and confirmed appointments or who would charge exorbitant amounts for these smaller projects. I found Destiny on Angie's List and decided to give them a try as I was told that they don't handle large, commercial jobs, only residential. When I called, they were able to give me an appointment within three days, terrific! They also advised me that there would be a $59 "evaluation fee" that would be rolled into the cost of the job if I decided to proceed with them. When the electrician came on site, he was on time and very professional. I showed him the work to be done, he wrote up the estimate and then sat down to explain everything to me. He showed me the company booklet that all their pricing is based off of, so I could see that everything is all standardized, very impressive. When I agreed that the price was fair, he said he could start the job that day! I couldn't believe it, evaluation and work in the same day. He started the job at 4:00 P.M., had another service rep join him, and they stayed until everything was completed, almost 9:30 P.M. Above and beyond.

He was on time, checked everything out and gave me a price. The work was done to my satisfaction and in good time. I will use them again.

Very professional. Even put little "booties" on as to not track in dirt and mud.

This company got here in one hour to fix our fire hazard. They are a small outfit. We always get the same guy who comes to our home. He is so nice and they even put on booties when they come in so they don't track stuff in on your carpet. We deal with a Scottish fellow who lives in Manville and he's younger. He is just great. We really like him a lot.

They did the wiring from the house to the outside shed and did a very good job. They were very neat and we have had no problems. Their price was below the market but I think that now that they have established themselves, they are now charging the going rate. I would hire them again.
