They are very good. They strike me as being pricey, I don't know for sure. I went in and didn't have to wait long. Professionalism is very good.

We have used them since moving to NJ four years ago. We drive approximately an hour to use them because they are very good with large/giant breed dogs. In particular, Dr. Somjen understands the special issues and needs of these breeds. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the cutting edge treatments and preventative care. We have two giant breed dogs that are not only past their life expectancy but have great quality of life and for that we credit Dr. Somjen. Also, the staff is friendly, competent and accommodating.

They are a great office. They are very accommodating and helpful people. Any time you need anything, they try to do it over the phone, especially if you have just been there and you need something additional. They try to accommodate you instead of taking your animal back in. I compare their price to that of all the other vets around here, it's pretty much the same.

I received an AKC coupon for a complimentary vet visit at a participating practice. The old vet I brought my ex's dog to wasn't in the AKC network, so I chose Belle Mead Animal Hospital with full intent to use the coupon for a free exam and later transfer the records to my regular vet. However based on the excellent quality of service I had today, I will definitely be returning to Dr. Jessica Stephens for all of Rocco's vet needs.
Scheduling was a breeze, I called at 1pm this afternoon and they had appointments as early as 3:30; I was at work so I booked a 6pm. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and we had a short wait in the main lobby, which was nice and spacious as Rocco is very dominant with other dogs. Dr. Stephens saw us within a few minutes and was very thorough and helpful with all my questions regarding his diet and leanness, teeth and gums, and allergies. We talked about testing and vaccinations; I set the expectation that I wanted pricing for each option, and she was very candid with the order of priorities. I ended up doing the heartworm/lyme test, and the rabies and distemper vaccines. I let the staff know in advance about his dominant personality, and they were super mindful to bring him through the side door after his shots.
While waiting to check out, I gave Rocco a treat from the counter, but he can be picky. One of the staff in the back room saw him leave it the ground, and was super nice and came out to offer him a liver treat which he loved! Definitely very observant and caring people here. Pricing was very fair in my experience, would definitely recommend this practice

Over the years, all of my visits have gone well and I have used all of the vets. They are usually punctual and will arrange for a visit on short notice when necessary. I have found them to be very responsive when it comes to providing test results that are provided by a vet within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Dr. Martin is excellent; both his professional skills and bedside manners. He answered every question I ever had and was incredibly sensitive and supportive when we had to put our 6-year old pup down.

If there is any problem like I had a cat and it was hit by another animal, they took care of that. I used to buy the flea and tick stuff there. They are very nice people and seem to care a lot about animals. It was a good hospital.

We have an older, sick dog. I dislike when they are on call they are not particularly available, they will tell you to go to the emergency care facility or not but usually you can figure that out on your own. I don't find that they have any interest when they're on call in directing care. They don't really care to know what's going on when they are on call, they just tell you to go to the emergency care or wait until Monday. That's changed over the years, it's become much more hands off when they're on call and I don't like that. Perhaps that's It was unexpected the first time when I needed something.
