Aqua Painting was prompt and neat each of the workdays they were in my home. They fixed nail pops, spackled where necessary and cleaned up after themselves daily. The overall painting job looked beautiful and made a 35 year old home look brand new again. And, according to my realtor the quality painting work done to showcase my home for sale increased my asking price by $20,000. My residence was on the market 6 days and received 4 offers one of which was contracted with a final sale.

All services were completed in a timely, neat, and professional manner. As I previously mentioned I have used Aqua Painting in the past and would certainly contact them for any future painting needs. Claire W.

The original contract was signed in early April. Prior to the drafting of a contract, the provider visits the site and ?notes the homeowners requests. He communicates same to his wife, Meghan, who drafts a contract. Since Meghan does not visit the site?, relies on her husband's information. This practice is subject to communication errors. We requested the work start in the near future, "Favio" agreed. The work did not commence until? 6/22/16, (approx. 3 months later). This delay further muddled the terms of agreement. I paid $150 deposit upon signing the contract . I again paid 50% of?the total cost when the work commenced. Since we agreed on more work Aqua was to draft a new bill with the new final balance. This new invoice contained a $150 overcharge! They did not deduct the original $150 deposit. Favio attributed the error to the early hour. When the floor paint was dry, my wife and I entered the area. We were totally?shocked to find that the cabinet was not washed or painted as requested on 2 occasions. The sink and shower were filled with paint residue where brushes were cleaned despite homeowner's prohibition of same. There were many missed areas that were not covered by paint which I attribute to a 'rush job'. When we called the provider to complain, Meghan stated that the cabinet was not included in the contract. "My husband said he would do the cabinet for $70. I refused! We were clear about the? cabinet on 2 occasions. After the first day of painting , I noticed the cabinet door pull was off, indicating it was to be painted. The cabinet stuck out like a "?sore thumb, yet Favio failed to approach us. In my opinion, the provider purposely left the job unfinished. After our upset and outrage over the situation, we checked if Aqua is on?Angie"s List. Indeed they are and advertised a Senior Citizens Discount. When Meghan was queried about this discount,, she said it had to be requested. How could we request same if we did not know it existed? ? Leaving the quality of service aside, Aqua Paint's business practices in our case were?unethical and underhanded. Buyer beware!!! These senior citizens now have to climb ladders to finish a job we paid for.

All the furniture and my grill were removed from the deck and neatly placed out of the way.
The deck was power washed and allowed to dry thoroughly.
The crew and owner, Favio arrived promptly as planned to stain the deck.
The stain was Benjamin Moore Arborcoat, suggested by Favio. It did a. Great job of covering my other color.
Two coats were applied and I now have a gorgeous new deck!
The paint cured for a day then the crew came back to place the grill and furniture back on the deck.
They even wrapped up my hose neatly for me.
The job was a lot of work- the deck is 15x27 and I felt the price very reasonable. Beautiful job.

Aqua Painting has maintained my deck for the past 15 years.

An oil base was first applied,then two coats to the trim, doors,garage,eves, soffits and shutters. Some exterior wood was replaced with pvc and custom cut on the property. The quality of the carpentry was better than that of a carpenter I had previously employed. All carpentry is performed by the Owner of the business, Favio Bogado. The men hand painted the shutters which remained on the house (my request) to perfection. Several painters then joined in to complete my house sooner than expected. I have been told my home looks newer than the others in the area and this is because of the painting. It not only looks new, but clean. The paint I requested was Benjamin Moore Moorcraft. I swear by it and it lasts quite awhile. To me, that justifies the price. As with most high quality companies, Aqua is now famous for their work and you should request them ASAP to schedule. My last job we rescheduled a couple times as is sometimes the case, but the finished product is well worth it. I just wish they could clone themselves. Favio personally returned to redo wall repairs and nail pops from a previous job. If you hire Aqua, you know you are dealing with honest and reliable people. Their work is beautiful and it is simply better than anyone else.

The shed had not been rejuvenated in years and it was really amazing to be able to see the tan roof, which was now clean.
The wood repairs were on the front doors and they were as good as as new. A carpenter could not have done better.
Now, the shed stands out on my property as a replica of my house, right down to the red shutters.
 Previous to this work, I had Aqua powerwash my house and I was equally pleased with this work. I had also had them powerwash and exterior paint the entire house five years ago and it looked gorgeous. The crew was very pleasant and courteous and I had employed them on numerous occasions. I was comfortable with them in my home. Throughout the job, Favio checked and supervised the work.
I also had Aqua paint the foyer of my home and I noticed they approached painting differently than other businesses.
They separated the area with plastic curtains and proceeded to sand all surfaces to be painted. They cleaned up the debris, then prepped the walls for paint. It really made a difference-my foyer came to life and the texture of the walls was like none I had seen.
That was over five years ago and it is still lookin' good!   Preparation takes time, but what a difference.
I also had my large deck powerwashed and hand brushed stained by Aqua, a few years ago. I was very pleased.
Of equal importance with skill and competence, are the ethics apparent in conducting business.
It is apparent to me, in all the instances that I have hired Aqua, that I have interacted with honest and reliable people, who always welcome questions and are always willing to please. Meghan Bogado supervises the office and is very efficient and knowledgeable.
I hope to have Aqua back again, for several other projects. I know that everyone will be eager to hear!

Aqua painting came to give us an estimate at the appointed time, gave us a very reasonable price, did the work punctually and very well and within time frame they had promised.

Guys from Aqua painting were always on time and worked full day back to back until the project was done.
