My tenant didn't like the job this handy person worked on. He also asked for paying material which is ok but seems to be overcharging it slightly. He did come back the second time to finish the job but my tenant feel it's still unfinished.

Larry is simply amazing. He is everything you could want in a professional builder! We hired him to replace the decking material and handrails of an existing deck. He discussed the entire project with us and explained alternatives until we had a clear picture of the scope of the job. Larry even offered several options designed to save us money which we had not considered. He worked quickly and efficiently on the project. He was very orderly and contained all construction activities and did not create a mess. When he discovered a structural problem during demolition, he offered a solution that adequately resolved the problem at a very minimal cost. The finished product was carefully done to a polished and precise finish and at the contracted price. Larry even took special care to make sure our dog was able to get in and out throughout construction. Overall, we feel so lucky to have found him. The deck is gorgeous. Larry is a great guy and a consummate professional. We will definitely use his services again.

Larry is fantastic to work with. He keeps his commitments and is a great communicator. We love our new bathroom and are very pleased. There were a couple very minor hiccups with the completion of our bathroom remodel but Larry quickly resolved them to our satisfaction.

When I decided to remodel the first floor of my house I contacted Larry and he came by within days to look at my project. He listened to everything that I wanted, made recommendations and brought in a designer at no cost to lay out my dream kitchen. When he started the job he required no upfront payment, was always on time and present when he said he would be there, he left the job site every day clean and safe. My cabinets are exactly what I wanted and the custom touches were prefect. Opening up my first floor made my house look bigger and brighter. His suggestion of the perfect hardwood floors finished the project off on time and on budget. I was so impressed with his work that a year later I brought him back to start phase two of the project... the doors and windows.

Larry was amazing to work with! After a pipe burst in our house while we were at work Larry came in, worked with my insurance company and gave us back our kitchen. Always a professional Larry worked around our schedule and our 6 week old babies to insure a safe livable environment during our repair and remodel. Larry was able to walk us through each step of the process insuring that we were following all of the requirements of the insurance company and providing a smooth remodel during a very stressful time. Larry was in contract with us through the process and returned our calls in impressive time. All of the work that was done looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Larry Cerillo was great to work with. He completed the work when he said he would and took care off all the permits and inspections. Still enjoying our new siding, windows and painting.
