Painting came out ok. Sloppy job painting the new trim. Lighting is ok. At the end he beg to do the backsplash guarantying we would love it. He did a TERRIBLE job. Very sloppy edging. Must have used an old blade.
We told him very nicely that we were disappointed with the backsplash, especially the edging, and wanted it fixed. Instead of fixing it he became extremely defensive, loud, and argumentative. We were shocked! After spending over $10,000 with him, he just disappeared. I have photos and video to back up my claims. Even the guarantee we would "love it" and his argument. Extremely disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!
