TOM'S MOWER REPAIR

Not responsive to messages. I dropped a small self propelled Toro mower off because the self propelled was not working. It took him over two weeks to fix it. I called many times and went right into voice mail. Did not receive a return call. It was only when I happened to catch him that I was able to make arranements to pick up my mower. Appears he's not interested in smaller priced jobs. No customer service.

The mower would quit after a few seconds when the primer burned out. The fuel line was clogged and the blade was badly dinged.I dropped the mower off to Tom in early afternoon and it was completed a few short hours later. Tom dropped it off at my house.I was very happy with the friendly and convenient service and the price was excellent.

Tom is like the old fashioned fix-it guy who comes to your home with his truck and fixes your lawn equipment on the spot. In the past I had to pay $50+ for pick-up/delivery charges alone, and the machines stayed in the shop for weeks. Tom was great. He fixed my Honda push mower and gave me advice on a new marketed product for my hedge trimmer, saving me time and guess work on oil to gas mixes. This work was done in about an hour with far less $$ and he could tell me upcoming things to look out for with my mower. This service is more personal and I've been recommending him to all my friends. I only hope I can get him when I call again!!
