Everything seemed to go well. Nick came over and gave us a price. He said we needed 2 things done before he could install new gutters. Once I was ready, I called him. He said he would come over and make sure the job site was ready. When he came with men to do the work, he told me he realized he had made a mistake with the price...a price he wrote down and signed and had me sign. All of a sudden, he was charging me $250 more. That is not good business practice. He had several days to call and tell me this. To come to a job site and unload your men and materials THEN tell me the price will be higher is not professional. This did not leave me with a good opinion, which is a shame because he was responsive and his men knew what they were doing.
