We HAD basement water problems. Wayne Philips from Reconstruction Mold Remediation was amazing. 1st off, he arrived at the time he said he would. He slowly walked the perimeter of my home, then my basement and along the way he was suggesting what should be done to remedy my issues. He did not recommend expensive wells or drainage lines as others did. His solution was simple and inexpensive; diverting my downspouts away from the home, patching the cracks in my foundation with hydraulic cement and waterproof painting the basement resolved our issues. Job done quickly and inexpensively. I would absolutely recommend Wayne and his firm. He happens to be a super nice gentleman as well. Thanks Wayne.

We are in the midst of our mold remediation with Wayne and we believe we are in extremely good hands. He is very informative-answering all our questions and extremely helpful with suggestions regarding how to prevent water from re-entering our basement and causing more problems. We hired him because , in addition to mold removal and testing,he and his crew can complete the renovations necessary in our basement. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable man that I would recommend without hesitation.

I had a basement flooded with sewage backup due to heavy rains this year. I found RMR via Homeadvisor website and Wayne (Inspector) was very punctual, professional and courteous. Wayne showed me the mold that was started to grow in parts of the basement ceilings and nooks and croonies that i normally don't pay attention to. In terms of getting the remediation work, Wayne and his team were on time to do the work, were able to schedule work as per my availability, gave me a very fair and competitive estimate, work was completed in time. As the only way to access the basement is via family room and dinning room, RMR team made sure to cover the flooring so it doesn't get dirty, the whole basement area was contained and work was completed in timely fashion. I will highly recommend RMR for mold and reconstructive work.
