Returned call promptly and was very flexible in setting up a time. His team could have: been more careful with the landscaping around the house, put away the hose and taken away trash (several caulk canisters were left in my garbage can). This is more of an FYI than a critique. Would use again.

We are very pleased with Roy. He returned our phone call promptly and we set up for him to come and give us an estimate, 2 days following the call. We had some serious rain the same day and Roy came out a day early to do the inspection. He was there promptly on the next day, dry enough to perform the work. The whole job was completed in about 2 hours and we haven't had a leak since. Highly recommend Poor Roy!

Very well, we had good communication, and his estimate was very fair, lower than others we had received. He and his men came on time, and the work was well done. He came back on a second day to check the work and add some more spackle to the drywall seams. We would recommend him and use his firm again.
