Joe took our weekend call - we were very happy they are available even weekends and holidays! It saved us from replacing all the food from our freezer and we couldn’t wait till Monday. It was important to us that it will get fixed as soon as possible and he did that. He was very friendly and professional. He gave us a straightforward price on how much is the weekend call ( there is an extra cost for emergency calls) so we weren’t surprised by all the charges. Also the diagnosis costs counts towards the fix which is great! We would recommend!

The job took 20 minutes I was grossly overcharged I would not recommend using this company. I tried supporting local and was overcharged for replacing a simple outlet.

They were able to dispatch someone over the same day to get me an estimate. They are very good and the job turned into a little more than I expected as they had to install a dedicated line to the disposal which had to go through the attic and crawlspace which is part of the building code. The electrician is very nice and professional. They are very responsive to phone calls and call you right back.

I called for the appointment and they accommodated my schedule very quickly. They arrived on time, did what they were supposed to do and left. They were wonderful and the service was great. The whole process was very smooth which I appreciated.

Paid the "walk in the door" charge and the first outlet unfortunately. If he told me what it would cost to replace the first outlet I would have declined. I only paid because he replaced my outlet before presenting me with the invoice for the total job. When I was told $191.00 for installing 2 remaining wall switches I told him to forget it.
Basically 2 wall switches and 1 replaced outlet is just under $500.00 ~ BE ADVISED!

The electrician  was prompt and courteous.He examined the dimmer switch and indicated that it may be repaired but the repair may not last or it can be relaced.I opted to have the switch replaced. I was taken back by price of the part and the electrician showed me the parts catalogue which listed the price.I didn't receive an work order so i forgot the price itself.The overall job cost 310.67 which included troubleshooting and replacement of the faulty part.The part made by Lutron 3 way preset dimmer incandescent three-way ay 603p.ay603pg,ay603pn. The electrician answered all my questions.

I called on a Saturday Morning and Will came out to check things out.  The problem was much worst than I anticipated and we sat down and talked through him replacing my electical panel.  He worked tirelesly until about 9pm that evening making everything perfect.  Will is an electrician that takes pride in his work and it showed in the ob he did for me.  I have never had to deal with an electrician before and Will really made me feel comfortable with my decision and I will definitly use him and his company again.

I told him no.  I had another electrician do it for $100.00.  I have not had another problem since.

They were prompt to get here to look at the work needed to be done. However, he said he had to charge me to diagnose the problem and it was going to be $483.00 to fix it and I thought this was extremely over priced.

My home was built in 1700 and so, I have had people over constantly. He could not help it with regards to the cost as that was what they charged to send someone over. He was a very nice guy. He was sorry to have charged me that amount. He left a very positive impression on me. He knew as to what he was about. He was a very pleasant person. He came right on time. I would tell my friends and family members that they would charge $200 for a house call but it would probably be worth it if there was something seriously wrong. It was worth it for me to get that piece of information because I did not know as to why my basements lights were not on. My basement was horrible as it was built in the 1700 and I had to have a drape before I went down there. It was not very good when it was dark. It would have been a fair price if there was something seriously wrong but it was a fact of my ignorance of my electric board and not his problem. The quality was great. I would definitely call them again in the future and they would absolutely be on my list of people to call.

Electrician was on time. Investigated problem and went over the situation. Did not try any scare tactics. He fixed the problem! (Previous electrician from another company did not fix the problem even though they told me they did).

The electrician arrived on time, was very courteous about putting on shoe covers so as not to bring in dirt, and quickly evaluated the work. Once I agreed the quote (which was done from a book of quotes) the work was done right away.

They were here when they said they would be. They did the job for the quoted price. They were very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied with the work.

Wanted to upgrade the electrical from 60 to 200 amps. I went on to Angies List to look for an electriction in the area. I noticed that Kaiser had a great rating, and decided to call them for a quote. They're pricing is competitive so that was not a deciding factor; it was the companies professional, punctual and knowledgeable staff that made the decision an easy one.

Electrician was pleasant and professional. Took nearly two days to do work.
