Ken himself was great and the new fixture was installed in less than a half hour. I liked him a lot and he was very professional. The problem came later and it was about the bill. Ken told me that the cost will be about $150 and that they would send me a bill. That was fine with me. However, it took months and a couple of calls to them to get the bill (six months after the service). Imagine my surprise to find that the bill now totaled $250 (for no extra work). I was angry and called the office. No response. Finally paid the bill to get rid of it (the amount was not worth fighting about), but was planning on using him for more major electrical work and decided against it. My advice is if you are going to hire Ken (who does do good work), get your estimate in writing.
