They were late picking us up to take us to the airport. Then, on our return flight, they were not at the airport at the appointed time. When called, they said they thought the plane was late and would be there in 10 minutes. It was freezing cold and we decided to take another cab

After the travel agent had booked another car service and I was told the price was so astronomical because I was flying in the Thursday before the Super Bowl and all the car services were basically gouging costumers, I decided to do a search for local car service. That is when I found Joe, I called him and asked how much it would be. After the initial car service tried to charge me a flat rate of $60+ per hour with a minimum of 4 hours which came to over $250, I was very pleasantly surprised by Joe's price. I plan on using him in the future.
