After the experience of dealing with another company - Thank God they canceled the contract. Cranbury Design Center - Charlie Rinni, Frank O Leary, Angela have been a blessing in disguise. True professionals. Highly recommended and will do our next bath project with them.

I chose Cranbury Design Center based on their reviews and the description of services they provide found on Angie's List.

As advertised, they are a complete one-stop general contractor. I did not want to get into a situation where I was constantly chasing down a contractor to find out when, or if, or who would be coming. Cranbury Design uses proven sub-contractors who have worked with them for many years.

From my first meetings with designer Charlie Rini, and project manager Frank O'Leary I felt completely at ease. Each step of my project was documented in a week-by week schedule construction and payment schedule, so there were no surprises. The entire project is laid out from beginning to end. This schedule also included a comprehensive list of the sub-contractor(s) who would be on site. This is a valuable tool for the homeowner. All of the sub-contractors were top notch. They came as scheduled and were always on time and were a pleasure to have in my home. Their work was always neat and clean, and if the water or electric had to be shut off, I was always notified well in advance. I came to view them not as just and quot;sub-contractorsand quot;, but craftsman. Frank would stop in at least once a week and was always available on his cell phone, and he always returned any calls. Cranbury Design also handled all the filing for the work permits, and is on site for the building inspector visits.

On the design side of the project Charlie Rini has a wonderful knack for understanding what you're looking to do. At are first meeting he did a few rough drawings to see if we were on the same page. At our next meeting his designs were exactly what I wanted.

When It came time to pick out the granite, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc., Cranbury Design uses local suppliers that you can visit. And to help with this task, I had the invaluable help of Angela Cavaleri, who went to the suppliers with me and guided me through the process, all the while understanding what I was looking for in price, color, and style.

I could go on and on, but this is the bottom line: if you are want to have a stress free project, look no further than Cranbury Design Center. From Charlie, Frank, Angela, the entire office staff, and the sub-contractors, you, as the homeowner will know the who, what, where and when of your project from start to finish.

I imagine I don't have to add this, but my bathroom looks fabulous!

They were very prompt, efficient, professional, and they let you know exactly who is coming in and out of your house at what times. I would highly recommend them to others.

I'm completely paranoid about hiring contractors, and honestly my project with Cranbury Design Center has been the most amazing experience I've ever had with any service provider. A few highlights:

- They were completely honest and up front about the cost of the project, and didn't charge us a penny more.
- The communication was absolutely fantastic. I never felt like I didn't know the status of anything.
- They were very accessible and responsive. If I called and they weren't available, they called back within the hour. Otherwise, they addressed any questions or concerns I had pretty much on the spot, immediately. Through the entire project, there was only one change I can remember requesting - to change the light switches and outlets from cream to white. and quot;No problem!and quot; It was done by the time I got home from work the next day.
- They used the absolute best local contractors you could ever ask for. The electricians, insulators, sheetrockers, plumbers, painters, cabinet installers, and flooring contractors -- every single one of them was just awesome.
- They handled issues without any extra charge or hassle to us. Both the new oven, as well as the hood vent both arrived broken. They called to let us know, told us their plan of action, and that was it - they took care of it without even holding up the project.

I live in NJ, where the level of service you get from contractors doesn't qualify to really be called and quot;serviceand quot;. To get this level of professionalism, communication, honesty, forthrightness... it just really doesn't happen here. This company is amazing, and my experience with them was also amazing.

I guess after all that I should say that I'm not related in any way to anyone who works for the company, I don't get any kind of remuneration for posting this review, I don't work for the company myself, and all that. I'm just a satisfied (if slightly shocked by the level of service) customer.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEIR WORK IS GREAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY GAVE ME A FREE PRICE QUOTE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. I RECOMMEND THEM.
