I called for an appt., and was told they had a light afternoon, so just come over since I'm only a mile or so away. The repair guy drove my SUV into the workshop. I waited maybe twenty minutes when he reappeared. I asked him what he found and he replied, "Well, you're lucky your bumper didn't fly off on the way home. come see." So we walked out, he told me what parts had sheared, and showed me a perfect repair. I couldn't believe how good this bumper looked." I thanked him effusively, and asked what the charge was, and he said not to worry about it. It only took them a short while he said, and they had some new parts left over from a similar repair on another Ford SUV. I asked him if he was sure, and he said if I was bent on doing something, then tell my friends about the shop and put a good review on Angie's List. So here it is! Actually, unrelated to this story, but still good, my husband had a deer use his car for high jump practice one night. Not a good night for the car or the deer. But these guys repaired his car quickly and at about 75% the price quoted by other area shops. Too bad they don't fix deer.

They gave estimate. Stated when repair would start and when it would end. They gave car back a day a head of schedule.
Phil the Supervisor explained repair. He showed me what was done. Explained warranty and said any issues bring to car back.
They were excellent through whole process. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I am fairly satisfied with the work Brannings's Auto Body did. They took quite a bit of time to do the work. I don't think it should have taken so long.
