The industrial hygienist, Matt (currently in the process of obtaining his CIH as well), was a delight to work with. He was very intent on understanding and assessing our situation. He listened carefully, inspected carefully and thoroughly both visually, by scent, with observation tools and by knowledge of construction and plumbing. He was methodical and thorough and hardworking. The report issued by Air Consulting Services explained what else needs to be done, and was well-written and complete. We live in an apartment building and are deferring to building management on a phased approach, and the report by ACS has helped us to approach them and continue that discussion. ACS has been honest and objective, while also helping us present our situation to building management for further resolution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Dave Kichula (Air Consulting Services) did a GREAT, professional job waterproofing our basement. It was a complex job and he designed the work right. His crew was polite, worked hard, and got the job done without making a mess and in a timely way. He was on hand to fix a problem that arose after his job was completed; the problem was not due to his work. I highly recommend him.

I learned about Air Consulting Services from my realtor. I recently sold my house and had some mold on the ceiling that needed to be remediated before the closing. The technicians at Air Consulting were prompt, respectful and conscientious. They accommodated my schedule. The quality of their work was impeccable and before they left, they cleaned and vacuumed the area where they were working. When the work was complete, Air Consulting promptly sent me the certification of remediation, which I needed in order to close on the sale of my house.

Excellent. They were prompt, efficient and very professional. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing, as well as, why they took certain steps to remediate a mold issue. I recommend this outfit extremely highly! You can't go wrong in choosing this company.

David charged $250 for estimate and visual attic mold check. estimate over the phone is $1500 ball park, he did mention $250 for him to come out.but u will get credit if u decide to do remediation when he look at mold in the attic he said is very little ,then his estimate went up $2300

I contacted AIR after my basement was damaged by a fire. There was mold along the walls and needed testing. Dave was very responsive and professional. He came out quickly and immediately provided a report followed by recommendations. He was very helpful and spoke to my insurance company directly to clear up questions they had. The work was scheduled for the following week and completed before we expected. His crew was knowledgeable and neat. The work area was left clean. The report certifying that the basement was free of mold followed within a few days. I had to call a few times because this was part of an insurance claim and they were extremely patient. I would recommend this company highly.

It was terrible. They came in and they took a surface sample on a molded piece of carpet. They didn't do any air quality test. It was really just funny work. They were pretty good responders.
