I really couldn't be happier with Tommy's work. He takes great pride in the quality of his workmanship and it shows. He is the nicest guy and has become a good friend, even though I barely knew him before the work started.
His pricing is extremely reasonable considering the quality of the work. But it is hourly. All materials he needed were ordered my me and I paid for them separately. This might be scary for people who want/need to know exactly how much the job is going to cost, but I'm telling you, he will save you a ton of money and give you a higher quality result than many other contractors.
For example, I thought initially that Tommy would be unavailable to do the front porch, so I got two quotes from other contractors, for 12k and 15k. And both of them we're making me compromise on the quality of the material I wanted to build with.
Suddenly, Tommy became available and we did the front porch EXACTLY how I wanted and it was about 7500.
Tommy is a great value and your house will thank you.
