Shaun is the best! He is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We had roof and plumbing leaks that damaged various areas of drywall around our house. Shaun and his wife, Kay, repaired and cleaned up everything flawlessly, as if nothing ever happened! They will be our go-to for future home projects. Cannot recommend enough!

Please read: I usually do not want to give a review. Do not get me wrong, the top reviews are justified in a way. He takes pride in his work and after the project was completed it looked near perfect and the ceiling was as good as new. Definitely hire him for quality project outcomes. With all that said, just be wary of the value of the project versus the practicality. In our time of crisis, our ceiling unexpectedly collapsed and he was the first one to show. The price was cheaper than most contractors/handymen the timing of project completion was more than the estimated time frame. His timing was inconvenient to our work and life schedules. Additionally, the cleaning service dulled our floors. He started a lot later than expected as well. He is an honest and decent handyman, but the business side of things could use an upgrade or two. Overall, I would recommend if you want to at least have contractors who can be easily reached when doing a project (even though we called for his whereabouts often). He will even fix anything after the fact for free. I appreciate the personable nature of them as well.

They re excellent. Sean owns the company with his wife. They are very thorough and professional. I hired them to clean the dirty apartment I moved into. Sean came and gave me a very reasonable estimate and his wife called to schedule the date. Three woman came ON TIME and I was very pleased with the cleaning. They made sure I was happy and that all my concerns were taken care of. When they leaved I finally could relax in my new apartment. I decided to hire them bi-weekly because of the great service, price and no hassle professionalism. If you need house cleaning, Richardson Home Improvement & Repair is the way to go. They really did a fab job!

Shaun completed a job painting and installing baseboard molding and quarter-round in my whole first floor. They were efficient and fast and did a great looking job. They cleaned everything up and were done in the 2 days they estimated it would take. Very friendly and professional. Would hire again and recommend.
