Did not go well, never responded.

The provider was VERY friendly and easy to work with.  Because of my busy schedule, I needed someone to clean the bathrooms, all the floors, dust and clean the baseboards before we had guests over. I was very pleased with the quality of work. She was able to move throughout my home without getting in the way.  My bathroom walls and wood furniture were all shining once she had completed the job!

Normally I don't bother with reviews,however, I had to in this case. I found Richardson Home Improvment & Cleaning to be not only efficient,professional and reasonably priced, but highly diligent in their cleaning. Making sure to get every nook and cranny, and placing items back in place(I have a special way of checking...wink!) I would definitely recommend service on a regular,seasonal or a special occasion, such as hosting a last minute dinner party.

From start to finish a pleasure to work with Shaun and his company, timely response, competitive pricing, and great work provided. Every thing was dusted even tops of cabinets, refrigerator, and blinds, all surfaces cleaned, bathrooms and floors were spotless! Place smelled fresh and clean when they were done. I will definitely be using him again and recommending him to others!

Shaun was very friendly and attentive to detail. He was respectful of the fact that the facility was a child care center so he adjusted his schedule to accommodate out schedule, as well as recommended product(s) that were best for our environment. He was able to finish the painting in one day. We have used him for other projects (i.e., replace light fixtures, install dispensers). We would use him again in the future and recommend him to other clients.

He gave a very detailed proposal and was very responsive with estimates and giving his opinion about the job. Showed up on time and with a helper even though he had sustained a head injury earlier that week.
Did work as promised but there was really more work to be done than the time allowed. I don't know if my expectations were too high or I was unrealistic about all the repairs that had to be done. He responded to my requests for more patching to be done.
My only criticism was that there was no plastic sheeting put up to block off areas of the house so that dust from plaster sanding wouldn't get ALL over everything. I'd recommend that other customers request this or do it themselves. There was a lot of dust tracked through the house.
They do careful work and are easy to work with and will work with you until satisfied with the job.

Called to request an estimate. Shaun came out the next day. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He inspected the drywall damage that needed to be repaired, took measurements, and then left. He e-mailed me an estimate later that day, which was competitive. After having trouble getting other contractors out to my house to provide an estimate (this was in the wake of super storm Sandy), I decided to hire Shaun. He showed up on time with one other worker. They completed the work quickly; perhaps too quickly, as some of the paint could have used another coat. I mentioned this to Shaun, and he said it only looked like that because it was still wet. Well, I ended up doing a second coat myself. Furthermore, they also left a number of impressions in my hardwood floor underneath where they were working. I assume this was caused by the feet of their ladder. I pointed this out to them, and they tried to tell me that it was not their fault. The second guy even tried to tell me it was from someone hitting the floor with a hammer! I didn't have the desire to get into a huge argument, so I ultimately let it go, but I am definitely annoyed by this and will not be using them again, even though the drywall repairs themselves were done very well.

Shaun had to fix what a previous contractor screwed up. Shaun did a gret job. We will definately have him come back and do some more work.

Mr. Richardson promptly responded to my call when I found him on Angie's List. As he lives int he neighborhood he was able to come right over and give an estimate. Two days later he was back to do the work. He arrived promptly and began working. Some of the work proved a bit challenging, but Mr Richardson worked hard throughout the day and completed the work in an extremely satisfactory manner. We are happy with the work and will keep him in mind for other projects in the future.

t tShaun gave a competitive price to fix the cracks in our ceiling. He also promised to investigate the possible water leak that caused two of the cracks. He started the work on the scheduled date and came on time. He suspected the toilet to be the source of one the crack. After removing the toilet he confirmed his suspicion and found it worse than we thought. He had two options to fix it, one is an expensive one and the other required purchasing a metal attachment that would solve the problem and costs far less. He found the metal contraption needed and took care of it. He was very professional, priced his service reasonably, and has done a good job so far (there is still some finishing work and painting to be done). I am confident he will complete it to my satisfaction. I highly recommend him.

They have outstanding service. They are punctual. They have very competitive pricing. The product is phenomenal.
