Having used Raspa before, he was the first stop for a gold wedding band and one was chosen and a deposit given. The fiance however wasn't sure we were getting the best deal, so we went back and retrieved our deposit. This was done with understanding and encouragement by Raspa. He told us to look at comparable weights of gold rings in the mall with what he was offering. He wanted us to be happy with whatever decision. Guess what - we came back and purchased the ring there. The value at Raspa's was great.

They are absolutely reliable and prompt. It is a good price. The jewelry they repaired was $100. I use them all the time. It is a very small, personal experience. They are very responsive people who do everything from selling jewelry to jewelry repair to customized work.
