 + -1 moreTheir agent is very good. I love the personal service. We have access to him anytime if we have questions. The price is also incredibly fair.
Description of Work: We have used Marc W Laurano Preferred Properties to check properties, schools, and areas. We have used them at least four times but we know them well. They also do rental properties and background check.

 + -1 moreGabi showed us a number of houses with a very helpful viewpoint. He was excellent and had a very good eye for detail, mentioning a lot of things we might have overlooked otherwise. We would definitely use him again!

At first the going was a little shaky, but once she got the feel for what it was I wanted, the options came in really nicely. She was very friendly and responsive, so much so, that I now stay in touch with her and consider her a friend. I highly recommend her services.
Description of Work: This was the Realtor that helped me buy my new 1500 square foot home. The lady's name was Brenda and she stayed with me on this from the listing all way to the closing.
