YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT BUILDING TO GET A GOOD JOB DONE. I STAYED ON TOP OF THINGS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS DONE CORRECTLY. I WOULD SHOW UP TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING AND FIND THINGS NOT BEING DONE RIGHT.
