Everything -- and I mean EVERYTHING! -- was superb in every respect. The best and most consistent service and support I have ever received from a computer store. And the charges , including the new laptop I bought a year or two ago, are always reasonable. And with their guidance, my 3 upgrades to WIN 10 were straight forward and trouble free.

He also checked various aspects of the computer to ensure everything was working well and answered all questions. When I first spoke to them on the phone they asked about my IMac to make sure they could upgrade it, explained their fees and what to expect.  Only took a few days, our computer works great, happy with their service. Would definitely recommend them.

Removed 6 viruses which were running in the background and tuned up software. Works just fine now. FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL and easy to deal with.

Fixed the problem

It went extremely well. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is having  problems with their home computers. I've worked in IT for 43 years and these guys are real good. They did what they said they would do without making any excuses to charge me more money.

It was excellent.  I was told I would receive a phone call in 2 days and I did!  They said they would repair my pc and they did!  It was affordable compared to the big box computer 'Fix it' stores.

Very helpful and friendly people. They got me through a computer crash, and were able to recover data from my dying hard drive.
The only problem in the whole thing was that there was one VERY important folder that was missed on the first pass, although they'd been able to check that it was available in the recovered data. This was promptly rectified at no additional cost.

They are very good, personal, and professional. I always prefer working with independent businesses versus big chains. Overall, they are terrific. They are also prompt.

The experience went ok.  I inquired at the initial phone call about the cost of a diagnostic and data removal from my hard drive.  The cost of a diagnostic was $55 which would go toward as a credit the cost of data removal assuming the computer was inoperable with hard drive damage and/or lack of functioning motherboard.  The cost of data removal was $160 or something similar.
I paid the $55 initially and handed them my laptop.  I believe I spoke with a guy named Dave upon handing in my laptop. 
About a week later I receive a phone call stating my computer was ready and to bring a USB drive for the data extracted which confused me because I thought the diagnostic would be done before the data was extracted.  I was told the drive was due to fail so they extracted the data from it to their server. There was no charge for the data hold and if I did decide on the data extraction I merely had to bring in my USB drive.
It took me several weeks to get to Cyberknight but when I arrived I met the owner Michael Beberman (sp?).  I paid the $100 cost of data extraction and inquired details about the diagnostic.  In their notes there was nothing stating that the condition of the RAM so I asked for it to be tested.  After chit chatting with Mr. Beberman for perhaps 20 min while waiting for the RAM test to be completed I needed to go to work so I told him I would return later for the laptop.
After a few more weeks I returned for my laptop.  In hindsight I would have asked for printouts of testing results of the testing done on my laptop.  I know a bit about personal computer operation so I was primarily concerned with testing on the hard drive and the RAM.  I already knew my LCD was inoperable and that my battery was capable of taking and holding a charge.  In terms of my primary expectations, they were met and the staff at Cyberknight was accommodating to my continued inability because of work and other constraints to get there for weeks at a time.

Outstanding! Performance of the company was much better than expected. I had performed extensive on-line research including considering some personal references. Phone and store experiences were extremely positive. Upon review  they called as indicated and provided an approximate cost for the repair and requested work confirmation. When I picked up the computer they explined the repair and provided excellant advice to avoid future problems. The repair cost was surprisingly lower than I had expected. All interaction appears to be directed toward customer satisfaction! I will return should I have other problems or require a new system.
They are the "real deal", fair and honest!

Our Dell computer that is about 7 years old was running out of space. There was no more room on the hard drive & we didn't know what to do. We are not very knowlegable when it ocmes to computers.We also hated calling on our kids & grandkids to bail us out each time.
Found Cyber Knights on Angies list. They were rated so highly rated I knew I couldn't go wrong. Spoke to Michael. He was helpful & we set a a time for a technician to come to the house. A young man named Dennis showed up, on time and proceeded to work on the computer. He informed us we only had a computer with 50 GBs & no more space to down load anything.
. He brought a 500 GB hard drive with him as they thought this would be our problem. Which it was. He installed it, cleaned up everything on the computer & even did some work on my husbands laptop. He was polite, knowlegable & told us if we had anymore problems or questions about anything to do with the computer to call.
Could not believe how fast my computer is now & we don't have to worry about running out of space.
A few days later my husband had a question about something & called & Dennis worked with over the phone to solve his problem.
Also I notice on the website that they offer a Senior discount of $10 which we did not receive. I called & spoke to Michael, he apologized for the oversite & sent out a check the next day.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable & knowlegable computer technicians.
