Home Building
There was a complete failure of onsite management and oversight. The subcontractors were not given proper instructions. Many of the subs barely spoke English. The constant refrain was - "we'll fix that." The electrician subcontractor worked out fine. He knew what he was doing.
Best quote from president of the company: "I really learned a lot from your job." Eventually, we wound up on arbitration. 2+ year later - we are still having qualified contractors repair and redo the work. Hiring this misnamed contractor was a mistake, one that we live with every time we walk into the kitchen.
