I spoke to my neighbor who used them to build a deck for them, so I called TMC, since my neighbor was very happy with their deck and they gave me a very good price. The cost of the estimate has changed, because as they started taking the deck apart, they saw other pieces were rotten and need to be replaced, so we are still working on it. It started out with just replacing the flooring, but then as they started taking the decking apart, they saw some damage by carpenter ants, so more extensive work has been done. They are basically putting up a new deck. The basic structure is fine; they are just adding flooring, rails and stairs. They communicate very well with their customers. They are here on time and they are very upfront and honest.
