Jem was the company that had done all the electrical work in my home. When I called home to have him come out and re do some of the electrical work, he pretty much told me that he "Didn't have time for this" and never returned my call. I then texted him for him to come our, and he has still yet to come out. Because of the electrical work, I have lost two TV's and also damaged my fridge. What this company did, was against.
Description of Work: I reached out to the provider in regards to the electrical issue that I was experiencing.

He quit on my moving day
Description of Work: Matt is the nicest guy in the world but he's too busy and too distracted to get the job done. He had 8 weeks to complete the work (upgrade electric and install heating) and got about half of it done. Only use JEM if you have all the time in the world and don't mind doing the job (literally) one hour at a time.
