I'd paid others to fix it, and they had failed. The owner had me up on the roof, and showed me a basic flaw in the current roof's construction that no one else had noticed, saying that it was a likely underlying cause of the leaking and other issues on our roof. I've since confirmed that what he said makes sense. Nordheim proposed a solution that addressed this and other challenging aspects of our roof. (The flaw was a sorely misguided attempt to address other challenges...) When we contracted for the work, Nordheim phoned ahead, showed up on time, completed the work within the time estimates. They cleaned up well, and we have not had any problems since. Besides not noticing the flaw in the current roof installation, none of the other companies I'd had out proposed the materials and approach Nordheim did - an approach that I'm confident will eliminate the leaking and other problems we've had for a long time to come.
