They did a fairly decent cleaning job. I requested a monthly cleaning and they agreed. They called in mid-January and scheduled a date and time, but they never showed up on the appointed day and time. When I called their service number to enquire why they didn't come as scheduled, I got an answering machine. I left two messages on the machine but they never returned my calls.
