Our experience with A and L is that its service personnel are qualified, professional and reliable. They have people who understand pool chemistry and systems. We have a fairly complicated pool, with 5 separate pumps running our pool, spa, slide, waterfall, a remote Jandy system, etc. A and L handles it all with relative ease, confidence and tremendous professionalism.
Just today (June 29th) the weekly service tech came and I'd mentioned that the heater seemed to be having a problem. Within a few hours, Wes, owner and a very knowledgeable expert, came over and took care of the issue.
Over the years we've dealt with 4 other pool companies before A and L. We have been disappointed with each. They have been less than trustworthy, and seemed very poorly trained. Although we've only been dealing with A and L for a short while, there's a major difference in behavior and performance when compared with the other companies with which we've dealt. It is, in fact, the first company we've recommended to neighbors.
We've been very impressed with and satisfied with our experiences with A and L.
