MARBLELIFE

The overall project was great. MarbleLife came in for an estimate on time and explained the entire process of what needed to be done.  We had recently purchased the home and the floor was in okay condition with a few minor stains and had never been professionally taken care of before.  He advised us that some stains would not come out, but most of them would and we really appreciated his honesty with us.  We did reach out to other contractors for estimates, but in the end Marblelife really seemed to know what they were doing and would take the best care of our Terrazzo floors.

MarbleLife showed on time every day with a team of two people and got the job done in about two and a half days.  They worked hard and really tried to get every possible stain out of the floor as well as filled the cracks to a point that they are barely noticeable.  We had hoped that more of the stains would come out, but understood that he did everything in his power to get them out. 

The floor looks so much better now and has an amazing reflectivity.  In the future when I will need cleaning or polishing I will be sure to give MarbleLife a call.

A lot of the stains on the marble came out. The job on the sink looked pretty good with the exception of just in front of the faucets. It was very dull in this area. The caulk was dark gray and looked hideous. I gasped, and thought maybe I could live with it. The caulking around my white tub upstairs was yellow. I signed for the job and tried not to think about it. But the next day I had to call him back to tell him I could not stand the color. He did come back and I bought the white caulking I wanted him to use. When he saw it he said he had some light gray in the truck and hoped he had enough. What he had done was caulk around everything in the room. All around the porcelain tiled floor that didn't need replacement. He had removed the old caulk so he said he would re-caulk the whole room. He did that but the line on the caulk was too thick & it wasn't great. I was kicking myself. He also asked how I liked the countertops around my double sinks. He redid them. No improvement. Bad job.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES THAT MIGUEL VELARDO PROVIDED. THE WIND WAS BLOWING HARD ONE DAY AND THE SIDING CAME APART. I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO COME BACK OUT AND REPLACE IT AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED.

I FOUND AN AD IN A MAGAZINE CALLED NEW YORK AGENDAS, AND I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE WEBSITE THEN I SENT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND THEN I GOT AN EMAIL BACK TO CALL THIS PERSON WHICH I DID. IT TURNED OUT TO BE SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY, AND IT WAS TOO FAR AWAY TO SERVICE US SO THEY RECOMMENDED THE NORTHERN NEW JERSEY FRANCHISE. THEY GAVE A NUMBER WHICH I CALLED, AND THAT'S HOW WE BECAME CONNECTED. THE QUALITY OF THE SHINE OFF THE MARBLE WAS BETTER THAN WHEN WE HAD BOUGHT THE HOUSE SO WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.
