Ken (I think was his name) arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional and did a fine job. Also I believe he took the time to do the job right. He made sure everything worked well and checked for water leaks etc.
He even changed my inline filter and explained how it should be done and that I should replace the seals on it. He did not have to do that. He went the extra step for the customer which I appreciate very much. He made sure the work areas were all clean before leaving. I hate to keep repeating myself in these reviews but Angie's List did it again. I had a great contractor that cared to do a very good job. Thanks again Thessen Services. Also, thanks Fred.Licensing
