He gives a reasonable hourly rate on the phone, only to be faced with huge bill at the end after he comes for the job. This is not the main problem, the problem when the work he did changing 5 circuit breakers and one of them broke only 5 months later. He came and claimed that the one broke is not the one he changed. He was unable to point at the 5 CB he changed. He still took extra money after a lot of haggling. I would recommend you steer away from ANNA Electric. It was a very negative experience.

Edward was great! He fixed my problem quickly and also gave me advice about hiring professionals vice handymen. He recognized that the outlet was connected improperly and the price was fair.. I would definitely hire again.

Ed called back within an hour and was at my house within three. He took care of the job and wired my new AC unit to the newly install box outside. He was thorough, clean and straightforward.

I was very pleased with the job performed by Eddie of Anna Electric.His initial response to my inquiry was quick and after a few questions were asked by myself and from Eddie we set up a date and time to have the job done. The evening before Eddie texted me asking if he could come a half hour earlier then previously arraigned. Eddie arrived this morning a half hour early and promptly began the job. The only complaint I have is that the technician arrived about 45 minutes later than originally indicated. Once he arrived, the work was completed quickly and satisfactorily. I had misunderstood the price, but was given a very fair resolution! I'm very satisfied!

Ed was very responsive after first contact. He returned my emails and calls very promptly and answered all my questions. Ed gave an estimate based on the description of our current circumstances and we set up an appointment. Ed was flexible in meeting our needs for a good time for him to come out.
He arrived 10 minutes early and was polite and professional. He connected our hot tub and though he had to use some of his own connectors (the tub was missing them) he did not change his price. He left the job site clean and made sure we were satisfied with everything.
I would gladly use Ed again and recommend him to others.

Needed to replace a fan which stopped working. Looked at various providers on Angie's List and Ed was the first one to respond. Scheduling was quick and easy. Ed was punctual /thorough and installation went smoothly. I would recommend Ed for any of your electrical needs.
