Job was done quickly and neatly, great price

I called Round The House on September 11th late afternoon and he answered the phone.   He came by a couple of hours later to give me an estimate.  He came back the next day at the time he gave me, and completed the job, making sure I liked where the bars, mirrror, and pictures were hung before he began to hang them.
One bar didn't fit so with no problem he cut a bit off and made it fit.  I can't even tell it was cut when I look at the corner!
Barry is very pleasant and very professional, and we just asked him for another estimate on another small job and will hear from him soon, I'm sure!

Barry put in a pet door in an outside raised panel steel door.  I got several estimates from other handymen listed on Angie's, as well as Lowes (over the top price gouging).  Barry was very reasonable, and very conscientious (caulking the edges to make sure it was airtight.  I didn't realize the instructions were misleading (or not the install configuration that I preferred), and without a complaint, he uninstalled and reinstalled it.   I am very pleased, and would call him again when I need work done.

 Barry did a great job, was very neat and at a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

Barry Fisler doesn't advertise and only gets his businesses from word of mouth referrals which is how I wound up with his name and number. I called him and he answered the phone. I explained what I needed and we set a date for him to come for an estimate. He showed up  on time and we had already had a few estimates so we were pleased with him and the time frame he gave us for starting and completing the job. (other contractors complained how difficult the front exterior door would be and that the job would take multiple days) Barry listend to us, advised us, did not complain and said it could be finished in one day. Side not - Barry is also dog friendly which was good for us since we have 3 large ones. On the day of our appointment, Barry was due to be at my house at 9:00am, at 8:45 he pulled into my driveway - I was already thrilled that he was punctual. He worked quietly and was extremely neat and respectful of my home. He swept up the saw dust he made and took all his garbage away with him. Because it started storming out, he was unable to finish some outside moulding around the sliders. He came back over the weekend for 30 minutes to finish that. He stayed to his exact quote and didn't want me to pay him the full amount until he had come back and finished the moulding outside around the door. He even put up new trim moulding on the inside and his corner seams were amazing. My husband and I want him to come back and do crown moulding now that we saw some of his work. He does much more than doors - he also does kitchens, baths, windows, doors, tile, crown moulding and more. He is also licensed. I totally recommend him - his work and work ethic were outstanding.
