 + -1 moreYou could be standing there in an aisle for long periods of time and you don't get any help, unless you're in a specialized area like plumbing and electrical. They usually have well-qualified professionals there. But when you're in other areas of their warehouse you could be standing there forever with no assistance.

 + -1 moreThe service is not very personal, you get what you need. There was a very nice man from the gardening department. Getting help from the store is a bit hard because some people are just not there when you need to ask a question. I have no problem with them. You get what you pay for. I would recommend them.
