You could be standing there in an aisle for long periods of time and you don't get any help, unless you're in a specialized area like plumbing and electrical. They usually have well-qualified professionals there. But when you're in other areas of their warehouse you could be standing there forever with no assistance.

The service is not very personal, you get what you need. There was a very nice man from the gardening department. Getting help from the store is a bit hard because some people are just not there when you need to ask a question. I have no problem with them. You get what you pay for. I would recommend them.
