after several calls, Mr. Lind returned my call.  I described the scope of the projects.  He then told me I would be on a lengthy list due to the hurricane damage in the area.  He then told me he was probably going to drop all of the other clients because he got an out of state offer that he was considering.  Why he had me even go thru the exercise of describing the project, I have no idea.  Bad attitude.

He did a very good job and we're going to use him again.  He made two visits and two sets of repairs.  He does everything well, he's an all around handy man. He does painting, patching, fixes roofs, plugs leaks in sun lights, puts in mail boxes, he's a jack of all trades.  We had a problem with raccoons coming under the porch and took care of it to keep them out.  He replaced broken tiles and you can't tell what was already there and what he put in. He did a super job.

As noted above, Ed is a real "life saver" in an emergency & his work continues to be of the highest quality. We'll certainly continue to hire him to get the work done, on time, at reasonable prices & RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

He is very good and we got him through a friend of ours. In fact, we are going to have him come out this spring because there are a few things that he has to clear up that has developed because of the rough weather. He has done all the work effectively and was very reasonable. A couple of years ago, we bought a computer center and a desk for our daughter. We called Ed to ask him if he could go down to the place where the desk was to pick it up and to deliver it. He then got a couple of his buddies and he went down there. I met him down there and I paid for it. He brought it back and hauled it into the house and set it up. The cost was $200 and it was worth every penny because it was like trying to move the Taj Mahal. So, that was the most outstanding thing. He has done a lot of repair work. He does any kind of job that we can’t handle. I have some woodwork that has to be replaced and is rotted out from the bad winter. So, we are going to have him come and replace that. We are also making up a list of some other things that my wife and I noticed around the house that he is going to have to do. He knows what he is doing and he does it right. He is also cost effective and he is available as well. His responsiveness is a problem sometimes. He has a full time job and you have to sort of make an appointment in the evenings or during the weekends for him to come and do the work. He comes when he says he is coming.
