Awesome!! Very flexible and the do an amazing job!

Team is always punctual. Some teams are stronger than others but overall pleased with results. Turnover so I don't always know who is coming, but we'll supervised. I have been using them for several years and never had a reason not to trust them in my home. They are great with the dog being there as well. Any concerns are always addressed quickly.

They are thorough, punctual, professional and I have been using them for over a year. I have 5 kids and a golden retriever so my house gets dirty! They get it cleaner than I can!

Cleaned the Windows, sills, floors, doors, walls, etc. I have been using the Divas for about 9 months. My house has never been cleaner. I also have two cats, one which is not always so nice. The Divas are always able to do a beautiful job and make sure the cats are not stressed.

Dusting Divas has been cleaning our home for quite a few years now and they do an amazing job, we could not be happier.  My husband has extreme OCD when it comes to cleanliness and he is very pleased with them.  They are even nice enough to let our dogs out to take care of their necessities and lock them back up in their cages before they leave.  

We love coming home after they have been there, the house is not only spotless but it smells fresh and delicious.
They are always very responsive to feedback if any issues arise, as well as very reasonably price.  No need to break the bank to have a nicely cleaned house.

I have been using their service for almost two years.  They are all extraordinary people whose concern is not just for the outside appearance of things, but take the time to do the minor details that really make the difference.  I've had cleaning services over the years and can say that they are the best at everything they do.  The women who come to my home are pleasant, eager to please, and receptive to my wishes.  I would highly recommend this service.

I used Dusting Divas to clean our home for a while, and had no problem with their cleaning services. I switched to another provider as a favor to someone I know who was trying to grow her business. However, today I received a Notice of Levy from the IRS stating that Dusting Divas and the owner Kim Giangiuli owe many thousands of dollars in back taxes to the IRS. I needed to fill out a form indicating that I do not owe Dusting Divas any money. So my "F" grade is a warning that this does not seem to be an honest business.

Initial cleaning was good. Took approximately three weeks to get a response when attempting to schedule followup service. Scheduled an appointment for 2nd cleaning. THEY DIDNT SHOW! When I contacted them for an explanation they said they contacted me for confirmation of the appointment and I didnt respond...LIES! So let me see...I chased them down for weeks for an appointment, finally scheduled one, and then didn't respond when you DIDN'T contact me. Sure. Learning experience. Never again!

I was a bit hesitant about the price but I decide to give it a try .. I was very pleasantly supraised. Excellent group of girls and great job. I'll Definitely use them again

They did terrible job.
They were not responsive.
They just wanted their money and run.
I will never use them. 
I suggest to other customer to stay away from them.

The very big plus is all the girls speak English so I don't need to worry about communication issues

They are very friendly and do a great job so I'm pretty shocked by some reviews here but I assume you can't make everyone happy .

I would recommend dusting divas in a heart beat . 5 starts all around

I am so angry with myself for using this service 4 times!  "Fool me once..."
         The owner sends out a team 4/6 ladies who swoop in and "clean"  as fast as they can - collect the money and go. I was charged $150.00 for the initial cleaning which I paid even though my house is well kept- not a move in move out situation. 
The cleaners put  me in the uncomfortable position of asking to check their work before they left. "Everything's fine," I said,  put on the spot by someone who had just cleaned my toilet!   Afterwards I saw my oriental rugs were still dirty- obvious threads; leaves and even a small screw still on the floor. For $150.00 I thought the owner should know so I texted her.   The owner came the next day with her entire crew (8) including the poor girl who did the rug - who  was looking down at the floor; scowling.Really uncomfortable. She agreed her shark did not do the job we decided they would use my Mielle canister the next time.  Today I let the owner know I would not be needing her service any longer, after the kitchen floor was left dirty!  The whole experience has me feeling badly; stupid and taken advantage of.  I should never have had them back after the first time.

It was good.  I’ve had them ever since.  They are very good.  They come in teams of two or three.  They get the job done quickly.  They are very efficient in what they do.  I am very happy with it that is why I called them back.  They are very professional and very pleasant.

Were suppose to do regular cleaning every two weeks, first time ended up being an much larger amount then i was told, then every two weeks i would have them come the girl (who said 3 people come) when it was only one girl didn't clean floor well at all and when i complained about it the manager was due to arrive and look at it and couldn't because of a flat tire.... then told me would come the next day and they never did nor did they ever respond to me... I have many people whom work for me and people which i know that are seeking a new maid service and i will be sure to let them know about my experience.

I was quickly called back and given a very good price compared to other services that I had called.  I explained that I needed a deep cleaning and that my house was going on the market.  2 women came and they came late but that was not an issue for me.  The one woman asked what needed to be done and I said I needed the whole home clean and that I had been doing work in the house so there was more dust/dirt than would be there on a regular basis.  I also explained that in the future, I wanted them to come back on a regular schedule but only needed part of the home cleaned regularly.  The 2 women were here for about 2.5 hours.  I never had my home professionally cleaned before so I thought they were doing an ok job. However, when they left, after looking at various parts of the home, there was visible dust in multiple places (on top of stove, on some items on a shelf in the dining room, in the corner of the bathroom where I had done some spackling/sanding).  In addition to that , looking at the hardwood floors, there were several spots that needed a little scrub as i have a 2 year old that spilled her drink. They were still there.  The woman told me that she couldn't get my shower doors clean enough and I know it is difficult as I have hard water so I let that slide. But if they are professionals, wouldn't they know the tricks of the trade to get it spotless?
I let it slide because it was a good price and just accepted the sub par work.  But I do think it is also odd that I specifically said on the phone and in person that I was looking for someone to come back weekly or biweekly while my home was on the market and they never even followed up. .
If they needed more time to clean, I would have paid extra but they didn't even ask.  They left like all was complete. I am moving on to another service.
