Very well, Tim and crew were very professional, conscientious and delivered exactly what was promised. High level of integrity. I highly recommend them.

Cahill did not start on time. When he finally started, the job took weeks to finish. He did NOT insulate around the new replacement windows but put the trim back up, so I could not tell this was not done until I could feel cold air coming into the house in winter. He conveniently forgot many details that we discussed but that I foolishly neglected to get written into the contract. He subbed the roof and the roofer put a hole through the roof and through my living room ceiling. Despite endless promises to repair this hole, Tim never showed up to do it. I got someone else to repair it.
We got a leak, also, near our bay window. Turns out it was not the roof causing this, but shoddy workmanship with the aluminum trim. He left a gap between the roof and trim so rain water would run behind the trim onto the eave and then onto the window.
Go elsewhere.

They did a great job was at my house @8am everyday until the job was done. Very friendly and polite. Also they cleaned up after themselves everyday before they left. They did everything that was agreed on in the contract.

Full replacement of roof (including removal of 2 existing layers) was needed due to Hurricane Sandy damage.
Efficient, neat and clean - all work completed in a single day.
Estimate was right on target.
Tim and his entire team did a great job.
Highly recommended!
