This is my second year with Shotmeyer, and again, I opted for the service contract along with the cleaning, nozzel and filter replacement and tune up. This work was done very well. Yesterday I called to ask their service department if anything could be done about the noise the unit was making. It had been noisy for years, and was functioning properly, just noisy. The service manager told me he would send someone out and I said this is no emergency-just send someone when it is convenient.Next morning I received  a call that their technician was in the area and could stop by. He was here exactly when the office said he would be, fixed the problem in less than an hour by replacing a regulator and the service was covered by my service contract. I am totally pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone who uses oil heat.
